Our office is located at 436 Sheridan St, Cairns North, we’re on the main highway to or from Cairns International Airport from the City or Port Douglas. Approximately 3km or 4 min drive from the Airport, or 4km from Cairns City centre. Easily accessible via Taxi or Uber.
Not yet, we do hope to offer this service soon. We recommend a taxi or uber from the Airport, about a 4-6 minute drive or 3km.
All of our cars are automatic and air-conditioned.
Please bring yourself, your drivers licence (Physical or Digital) and your physical credit card in the name of the driver. If there is a secondary driver, they will also need to bring their drivers licence.
We only have the one location in Cairns North, near Cairns International Airport. All vehicles must be picked up and dropped off at our office, 436 Sheridan St, Cairns North.
We have unlimited kilometres on all our vehicles. Enjoy everything Cairns has to offer without the pressure of looking at the odometer.
All our vehicles are covered with full comprehensive insurance cover. We offer two insurance excess options, Standard Excess Cover is $2,000 which is included in the rental car price, or Excess Reduction Cover which reduces your excess from $2,000 to $350 and costs $32 per day.
Purchasing this cover will protect you from financial risk in the event there is damage to the windscreen and tyres of your rental vehicle. Please note the following definitions and conditions apply to this coverage:
This option can be selected at the time of your booking or at the retail counter on collection of your vehicle.
Our Premium Roadside Assistance Package can be purchased at the collection of the rental vehicle and protects you in the event something unexpected happens. While our Standard Roadside Service covers you for mechanical failure, this option will protect you when you just need a helping hand to get you on your way. We engage the Royal Automobile Club of Queensland (“RACQ”) to cover you for:
Whilst all our vehicles have unlimited kilometres, if you are outside of a 200km radius from the nearest RACQ depot, you are responsible for any extra charges for towing and or call outs.
Our office is open Monday – Thursday 8am – 4pm, Friday 8am – 3pm, Saturday and Sunday Closed. Out of hours vehicle pick up and drop off is offered. Please book your preferred days and times and our friendly staff will be in touch.
As per our terms and conditions:
Full to full. All our vehicles have a full tank of fuel where possible. You are required to bring the vehicle back with a full tank of fuel or back to the same reading as when you left with the vehicle. If petrol is not filled, there is an admin fee of $44 plus the price of fuel.
We have three baby seat options available, 1. Infant Seats (0-3 years) Which can be forward or rearward facing 2. Booster Seat with a 4 point harness (3-7 years) and 3. Booster Seat (4-7 years) using the vehicle seat belt. We don’t offer baby seats with isofix. Unfortunately, due to insurance reasons, we are not able to fit the baby seat for you.
We require the excess value as a security deposit. We hold this via a credit card pre-authorisation. The security deposit will be cancelled off once the vehicle is returned and without any damage. The credit card pre-authorisation will come off the total available balance on your credit card.
To secure your reservation, we require a booking deposit equal to 20% of the total reservation. This creates a combined commitment between you and us. We will then process the due balance and security deposit when you’re at the counter, or in the instance of an after hours pickup, the due balance will be charged on the day of pick up or the last business day, if pick up is on a weekend.
We accept Visa, Mastercard or American Express. We don’t accept cash payments for the holding deposit.
